School's Out For the Summer!

School's out for the summer and Scott, Jess and I kicked off our summer break with a concert at Marymoor Park

(http://www.metrokc.gov/parks/marymoor/) in Redmond! We saw O.A.R. (Of A Revolution/http://www.ofarevolution.com/), who are my favorite frat band! What a fabulous setting for the three of us......lawn seating, sunshine, music, and dancing! Oh and the beers on tap quenched my thirst.

Then...the first full day of summer break MT. DICKERMAN!


Well, after an evening in the park, we hiked Mt. Dickerman in the Mt. Baker/Snoqualmie National Forest. While hiking, my guides Scott and Jess informed me that Mt. Dickerman is 5,723 vertical feet and 4 miles to the top! We saw the rugged North Cascades up close and personal!






Yeah boyyyy!!!
